只要认证副本就是扫描件就可以了  要清晰！

我的朋友古丽腾尔问我  为什么TUV和ISO 还有很多商业文件要做大使馆认证，为什么国外的海关和相关机构要这么要求！

我觉得这个是固定答案 和1+1=2差不多：
这个是两国外贸磋商的结果：老实搬办理就可以了：不然你也请不了关你说是吧！
这样做好处很多的，防止很多资质差的企业产品质量差的东西留到国外 损失我国信誉！
所以这样做事有必要的！
